Every Saturday morning we meet at different locations throughout Gainesville. Routes are safe, scenic and gradually increase in intensity every week. Contact Elizabeth, Program Director - and get the latest news.

The Jeff Galloway training approach is suitable forall levels and all ages! Join us for a weekly Saturday group run (first session is free) and experience great comraderie, effective training and lots of support. Bring a friend!

Spring 2014 Programs

Getting Started/5K/HM & Marathon Programs begin on Saturday, April 5th. Walking Program begins on April 12th. Both Running & Walking Groups will start at 7:30 AM at the Center for Performing Arts parking lot (Hull Rd & Bledsoe Dr) for both Saturdays

Refund Policy

The training fee is non-refundable. Requests for refunds are considered for medical reasons only, must be accompanied by a physician's letter and must be submitted prior to the half-way point in the training season. A $25 processing fee will be retained.

* We endorse the Breast Cancer Marathon and Half Marathon, in Jacksonville, Florida. See more info at

* 100% of the proceeds from the race entry fees go to breast cancer research and care.

About Jeff Galloway's Training ProgramsThe Galloway Training Program is open to anyone who is interested in fulfilling a lifetime goal: to run a marathon, half marathon, 10K, 5k, 10 miler or just get started. The training group welcomes all levels, from beginners to Boston qualifiers. Pace groups are set up to ensure a comfortable and safe training pace for every ability. If you're not certain about whether to join, come with us for a free test run.
