(Ages 18 & over) This class specializes in low impact exercise for older adults or people looking to ease into an exercise regiment. This class includes stretching and flexibility movements, as well as low impact cardio exercise, strength training with light weights and other toning elements. The goal of this class is to improve balance, flexibility and strength through stretching. This class is great for beginners! A class designed to stretch and strengthen your entire body for maximized movement and endurance. It is excellent to improve joint flexibility, muscular strength, and toning. Knowledge of beneficial movements can be applied to daily living at home. Class is prorated so start anytime.
