Adult Shape-Up: Session III

About This Activity

(Ages 16 & Over) This class is for the woman who wants to dance her way back into shape! The class will include simple barre work to tone and strengthen leg muscles, floor combinations ranging from simple to difficult to work cardio, as well as dance focused core work. Attire: Fitted capri length yoga pants or tan convertible tights with shorts; Fitted camisole tank or fitted t-shirt (no writing on shirts). No shoes required.
