Physiofit Coaching Triathlon Focus on Form

About This Activity

This triathlon training program is open to adult men and women interested in learning the fundamentals of swim, bike and run, or improving their form to get faster. This 9 week training session includes 2 coached sessions per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7pm. It is divided into 3 week blocks, each with a focus on one discipline: 3 weeks for run, 3 weeks for bike, 3 weeks for swim. Each session will include sport specific strength and conditioning, and skill development.

Training days

A $15 drop-in fee per session is available for those unable to participate in the full 9 weeks.
