Each booth is a 10’ x 10’ space and includes an 8’ table and two chairs. Booth space will be assigned on first come, first served basis based on size. Electricity is available in Fruita but is extremely limited at Highline Lake State Park (please inform us in advance of this need for both locations). Each exhibitor will receive 2 complementary passes for all events (sorry-no comp entry’s to the 18 Hrs of Frisco)
Booth Set Up
Thursday, April 25, 9 am -3 pm, for the Festival (sorry-no earlier as streets will not be closed until that morning)
Friday, May 3, 2-6 p.m., 2-6 pm for the 18 Hrs of Fruita.
Fruita Fat Tire Festival, 10 am - 7 pm, Friday-Saturday, April 26-27.
18 Hrs of Fruita, 8 pm-midnight, Friday/Saturday and 10 am-7 pm, Saturday, May 3-4. You may choose to stay open longer as there will be a party each night
Certificate of Insurance
ALL EXHIBITORS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE ANDSHOW PROOF OF INSURANCE-these are to be submitted in advance to firstname.lastname@example.org by April 15 or we will not be able to allow your set-up. Please name Fruita Fat Tire Festival Inc, 245 Encanto Ct, Fruita, CO 81521 as additional insured.
A Fruita business license is REQUIRED for all exhibitors who sell merchandise. This is mandatory and must be presented at set-up. The license is only $12.50 and can be downloaded (PDF) at http://www.fruita.org/documents.htm. (business license application). The license is good for any special event in Fruita for the remainder of the year.
