Come join us for a weekend away from the busyness of life on campus to have fun, relax, meet new friends, and experience God in a deeper way. Over the course of the weekend we will offering three different tracks to help you take next steps with God and grow as an active follower of Jesus on campus. Thrive (for freshmen): This track is for first year students and it's great opportunity to explore how following after Jesus impacts every area of our life on campus, like our schedules, relationships, studies, future and everything in between. What does it look like to entrust these different parts of our lives to Him? How do we do that well? Come as we explore these kinds of questions together. Habbakuk study (for sophmores and juniors): It's pretty easy to see that we live in a pretty broken world that is filled with all kinds of evil and injustice. As we look at the news we see things like Ferguson... ISIS.... Paris... and then there are issues of evil and brokeness around us on campus as well. How do we respond to a world like this? As followers of Jesus how should we respond and engage this kind of reality? Come join us for an interactive manuscript study of the book of Habbakuk as we explore how this OT prophet engaged these questions and look at God's surprising response. Senior Seminar (just for Seniors): Feeling a little scared about graduation? Maybe a little excited? Gather with other area seniors (and a few older people) to discuss important issues in making the transition from college to "the real world" while staying connected to Jesus. We'll discuss practicals like career and finances with special attention to developing a lifelong relationship with Jesus and connection to community and the church.
