This full body workout is designed to meet the needs of people with limited mobility due to age, illness or lifestyle. Exercises are adapted to be done in a chair or standing. Participation in this class will help you in maintaining or regaining your balance, strength, endurance and range of motion. It is never too late to enjoy the benefits from a well supervised exercise program but you may want to check with your doctor before doing so.
A minimum of 8 participants is needed by early fee deadline.
The attached waiver must be signed and returned to Island Rec prior to particpating.
