A gentle, yet energetic program of yoga and breathing exercises adapted for mature adults or anyone with limited mobility. This class is designed to help improve flexibility and gradually ease tight joints and muscles while building strength. Chairs and other props may be used to make it an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Regain mobility, coordination, balance and fullness of breath. Leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Please bring your own yoga mat.
