Beginner Gymnastics II

About This Activity

The beginner girls' gymnastics program provides a full fitness workout plus activities that will challenge them physically and mentally. Gymnasts will be taught skills on the vault, bars, beam, and floor exercise. Strength, flexibility, and coordination will be concentrated on greatly, as these skills will be necessary to safely and effectively learn to perform on all gymnastics equipment. No prior experience in gymnastics is necessary. The small student to teacher ratio assures that each child is supported in her learning. Prices reflect an 8 week session.
