The Jeff Galloway training approach is suitable for all levels and all ages! Join us for a weekly group run (first session is free) and experience great camaraderie, effective training and lots of support. Bring a friend!

Saturday 1/18/2014 5Mile Run:

Meet at the Cal Poly track 8:30am. Be sure to bring water, sunscreen and a snack.

Refund Policy:

The training fee is non-refundable. Requests for refunds are considered for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a physician's letter. They must be submitted prior to the half-way point in the training season. A $25 processing fee will be retained.

Event Description:

Come Race San Luis Obispo, a small, classic town with a BIG RACE vibe. The Third Annual San Luis Obispo Marathon, Half Marathon + 5K weekend takes place April 25-27, 2014 with the marathon and half marathon on Sunday, April 27. Enjoy our sunny weather as you run through our small, classic California town, past the historic Fremont Theater, Mission San Luis Obispo, our quaint downtown, California bungalow neighborhoods, a Frank Lloyd Wright building, the Chinese Garden and so much more. You’ll venture out into the hills of the Edna Valley with its miles of vista views, vineyards, farmland and wineries. The course ends at the iconic Madonna Inn where the SLO Life party begins!

After your well-deserved medal is placed around your neck, you can enjoy recovery food from Jamba Juice, music, beer from Firestone 805, local wines, BBQ from Mo’s Smokehouse BBQ and finally buy all the logo and sports gear you need to keep on running. Come Race SLO!

About Jeff Galloway's Training Programs The Galloway Training Program is open to anyone who is interested in fulfilling a lifetime goal: to run a marathon, half marathon, 10K, 5k, 10 miler or just get started. The training group welcomes all levels, from beginners to Boston qualifiers. Pace groups are set up to ensure a comfortable and safe training pace for every ability.
