Brief Description:

For princesses and their families, the Disney Royal Family 5K is a fun-filled way to start off this weekend’s fairytale. Run a 5K that the whole family can enjoy in this official Disney’s Princess Half Marathon Weekend event. Adults, teens and tweens can experience a 5K course winding through Epcot® with a storybook ending!

There will be no race day registration.

If you are running on behalf of a charitable organization (i.e. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, etc.), or are traveling with a contracted tour operator/travel partner, please contact the charity or tour operator for specific registration instructions.

  • *Stroller Walk Division:

    In addition to running in the Disney Family Fun Run 5K, there is also a Stroller Walk Division for those with a little one not able to run. For the safety of everyone, participants in the Stroller Walk Division are required to walk the 5K course and children must be secure in the stroller throughout the race. Participants are required to provide their own stroler.

    Stroller Walk Division Fees include:

  • (1) One 5K Unisex T-shirt (Unisex cut)**
  • (2) Two 5K Finisher medallions**
  • Official Race Program Guide**

  • (1) One personalized bib** (Must register by December 1, 2012 for name to appear on bib)

  • **Please Note:

    Participants must attend Disney's Fit for a Princess Expo to receive their bib and T-shirt. Finisher medallions will be distributed to finishers at the conclusion of the race. None of these items will be mailed to registrants that did not participate.


    All ages are welcome to participate in the Family Fun Run 5K. Each participant must be able to complete the 5K on their own. If you are entering the 5K Stroller Division, you may have your child in a stroller or baby jogger.

    Pacing Requirements:

    All athletes entering the Family Fun Run 5K must maintain a 16-minute per mile pace or faster throughout the entire race. Anyone not able to maintain a 16-minute per mile pace may be picked up and transported to the finish. You may be picked up at any point along the course for not maintaining a 16-minute per mile pace.

    We suggest you train for a 15-minute per mile pace or faster to allow time for breaks (restroom breaks, photo opportunities, etc.).

    Packet Pick-Up Location & Times:

    All runners must attend Disney's Fit for a Princess Expo and sign a waiver in order to receive your bib and T-shirt.

    Cancellation Policy:

    Entry fees for Disney's Princess Half Marathon Weekend events are non-refundable.

    Safety Reminder:

    For everyone’s safety baby carriers, baby backpacks, inline skates, motorized scooters, bicycles, skateboards, canes, crutches, walkers, walking sticks and animals of any kind are prohibited from the course.

    Strollers and baby joggers are permitted on the 5K course only if you are registered for the 5K Stroller Walk Division. Strollers and baby joggers must start at the back of the pack and your child must be secured in the stroller at all times.

    Commemorative Items:

    2013 Disney's Princess Half Marathon Commemorative Items can be purchased during registration.

    Commemorative Pin:
    $13.86 per pin (price includes tax), Limit 2 pins per registration.

    *Items will ONLY be distributed at Packet Pick-Up. Items not picked up at Packet Pick-Up will not be mailed and will not be refunded. Quantities are limited.
