Brief Description:

This 15 week group training program is designed to prepare you for a successful Sprint/Olympic Triathlon. Whether you are a beginner or looking for more structured training with like minded people, this program will optimize your training and race potential. In this program you will explore a full range of basic and advanced training techniques, information that you will use for the rest of your triathlon career.
