Brief Description:Welcome to Girls on the Run Solemates! We are a team of females and males training to run our first 5k, 1/2 marathon or marathon to raise money for the Girls on the Run of Montgomery & Delaware County. Our experience levels vary from "off the couch" to the seasoned marathoner.

Team Captain Instructions:Someone designated as the team captain will first create the team by clicking on the Create Your Team button above. *This must be done before you or any team members register. Event Description:
We meet Saturday mornings, 7:00am, at Mondauk Park in Dresher, PA under the pavilion at the picnic tables. We will run then have Wellness experts to share information regarding nutrition, yoga, strength training, etc. While participation in weekly runs is not mandatory, we hope to see you there!!
