Brief Description:Join us for the 5th Annual Twin Cities Get Your Rear in Gear event. Technical shirts and goodie bags guaranteed to the first 3,500 registrants. Lots of food and fun for the whole family! Come out and help us raise awareness and funds to fight colorectal cancer.

Event Description:
5K Timed Run begins at 9:00 a.m.
Walk begins at 9:05 a.m.
Kid's 1/2 mile fun run, for those 10 and under, will begin at 8:30 a.m.
Children registering for the Kid's Run will receive a cotton t-shirt and special Kid's Goodie Bag.
Children registering for the 5K Timed Run or Walk will be charged $25.00.
