Registration deadlines are firm with no exceptions. T-shirts, race numbers and chips (if reserved at the time of registration) can be picked up the week of the race. For the safety of others, no dogs or strollers allowed on the course. 1st, 2nd, 3rd place awards given to runners in increments of ages as well as overall awards, masters award and wheelchair award.

To get an official race time, participants MUST wear a race chip. The first 2,500 runners to request chips will be registered for a chip. The ChampionChip technology allows for precision and accuracy in road racing performance. We are using disposable chips that will be attached to your race number. Chips are available only to those who have requested them and pre-registered. Race numbers, chips & t-shirts can be picked up prior to the race at The Temple at Harding Rd Monday (November 21st) and Tuesday (November 22rd) from Noon-7pm, Wednesday (November 23) from 10am-4pm. Race numbers for pre-registered participants can be picked up on race day from 6 a.m.-7:30 a.m. If the race is not sold out, new registration is available race morning. No chips available for those who register race day.
