On December 12th, 2009 at Keystone Resort, CO, teams of 3 women will compete against each other by trying to ski the most vertical feet. On event day, each team will receive a mountain package that includes: vertical data of each run, checkpoints around the mountain that earn teams’ additional vertical bonus, and tally sheets to record their vertical acquired. Teams must determine the best approach with the access of several lifts, multiple trails, and the assortment of checkpoints around the mountain. Teams are encouraged to dress up, or accessorize in pink. Off the mountain, teams are encouraged to fundraise for the cause up till a day before the event.
Prizes will be rewarded event day for various efforts (categories mentioned below). Those who wish to continue celebrating will be invited to stay, bring a friend and enjoy the after hour festivities.

7am-9am TEAM CHECK-IN: begins at 7am and closes at 9 am.
9am THE CHASE BEGINS!!!
3pm LAST CHAIR: Teams must turn in score card by 3:30pm.
4pm AWARDS CEREMONY: at River Run

$40 Registration ends at December 11th 4pm MST. Day of registration is only for teams, $150 per team (no solo registration). Only Cash or Local checks accepted. Each team consists of three women members. Each team appoints a team leader, who will sign up their team. After the team is registered, each member must register online to join their team and pay their registration fee for the event.
All participants will receive a swag bag with a custom K2 knit beanie, local discounts, and other goodies from participating sponsors. Discounted lift tickets will be available the morning of the event for non-season pass holders (not included in registration fee). Lodging discounts at River Inn will also be available to participants, please contact marketing@K2skis.com for details, pricing to book lodging for the weekend of the Pink Chase.
A custom team fundraising page will automatically be setup for each team and its members. Additional fundraising pages can be setup by the individual team members for further fundraising efforts. FUNDRAISING:
Online fundraising begins the day you register, and closes the morning of December 11th, 2009 4PM MST. Teams who reach a minimum of $250 by December 11th, 2009 4PM MST will be eligible for the raffle. The more you raise the more you can win! Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony the day of the event. Donations will not be accepted via the activegiving.com donation pages after December 11th , 2009 4pm MST, but cash or checks to The BCRF will be accepted at Keystone Resort event day (but will not count towards team totals).
