The New Balance Girls on the Run 5k is the culmination of GOTRSEMI’s 12-week season. More than 600 young girls aged 8-13 will celebrate their “girl power” by running 3.1 miles together with their parents, teachers, and community members. The New Balance Girls on the Run 5K race series, with more than 70 events across the United States and Canada, is the second largest 5k race series in the nation. This is non-competitive, celebration 5K, times will not be recorded nor will results be posted. All finishers will receive a medal, lots of cheers and the admiration of all spectators.
