Flagstaff , AZ Print Website Contact Map Weather Brief Description: The New Balance Girls on the Run 5K is a fun, non-competitive, untimed 3.1 mile run/walk where everyone is #1! Over 80 girls will complete the event at their own pace with their Running Buddies to celebrate the conclusion of the fall Girls on the Run season. Community members are invited to participate. Registration: Online registration ends November 19 at 5:00 pm. Limited late, onsite registration will be available. Runner check-in, late registration and face painting begin at 9:00 am. Fun group warm-up activities begin at 9:30 am. The run begins at 10:00 am. Parking: Parking is limited – please carpool. Register as an Individual or Team (of 4 friends or family members) to run or walk the 5K in support of the girls. Strollers and friendly dogs on leashes are welcome. All children under age 13 MUST be accompanied by a registered adult. All participants receive a New Balance number 1, goody bag, finisher’s t-shirt, refreshments, and unlimited access to the Goody Happy Hair station for creating colorful hair! Girls on the Run and New Balance merchandise will be raffled at the start. Three water stops will be located along the course. Fun or team attire is highly encouraged. ***Girls participating in GOTR do not need to register for the 5K.
