Taconic State Parkway to Route 55 East
Turn left at Bruzgul Rd/County Rte 21
Turn right at Tymor Park Rd
From West:
Mid Hudson Bridge/RT-55/US-44, continue to follow RT-55/US-44 (2.3 mi)
Bear right onto RT55 when it splits of from Rt 44
Continue to follow RT-55(for about 10 mi)
Turn left at Bruzgul Rd/County Rte 21
Turn right at Tymor

RACE PACKETS:Goody bags are guaranteed for the 1st 100 pre-registrants by 4/30/2009. There will be refreshments and a Silent Auction. Face painting and free ice cream for all the kids!!!

Distance:5K run above 12 years old, ½ mile for kids (4-11 years old), 5K run for teams. Teams can be made up of Business/Family/Friends of 5 or more. Each team member must be registered. (Registration Free if you raise $125.00 or more before 4/30/2009)

FOUNDATION:The funds raised by this race go to the Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation. This foundation is a non-profit organization established in 2003. The foundation provides programs and support services for women and families in the Hudson Valley affected by breast cancer. GOALS:Breast cancer is a serious disease that affects many families in the Hudson Valley, which is why we wanted a race where the benefits stay in the Hudson Valley. Miles of Hope is currently offering grants for projects in the areas of breast health and breast cancer education, outreach, screening, treatment and support projects in the counties of Columbia, Dutchess, Greene, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Westchester and Ulster.
