Half Marathon: $75 until 01/04/09; $85 until 03/15/09; $95 thereafter
5K: $35 until 01/04/09; $45 until 03/15/09; $55 thereafter

Team captains will first create the team by clicking on the "Team Captains - Create Your Team" button above. Then come back to this registration page and click the "Register Now" button to register as part of your team. You will select your Team Name from the drop down box on the registration form.
Team Members:
