About This Activity

Appeals to all ages, body types and fitness levels. Elastic resistance band training helps build lean muscle and increase metabolism by providing a full body workout without any of the intimidating machines or weights. The Toning Workout, the first in our four part series, will focus on burning fat and building muscle in targeted areas. We will also incorporate one minute cardio intervals to improve cardiovascular endurance and burn more calories, making the most of the time you have for exercise.
Please bring a fitness or yoga mat and water.  Classes will meet at the Veteran's Memorial at Fountain Park.
