Objective of camp: All participants will experience training opportunities, group and individual instruction from coaches, guidance in sport psychology, race strategy, strength training, injury prevention and nutrition.
Our staff and coaches will provide a fun learning environment for various ages in cross country. You'll meet other runners who share your passion. Other fun activities such as campfires, waterfront and swimming in our 50-yard Olympic sized pool! Runners of all ability levels are welcome!
