About This Activity

Our class will start with the basics and introduce the physical exercises (called "asanas) which help build flexibility and tone. We will train members of the class to breathe correctly for stress management and relazation, and show how breathing is a bridge between a healthy body and mind. We will cover some health practices from Yoga which can keep us fit for the rest of our lives, including learning to relax deeply and quickly.
