Novice Track

About This Activity

The Novice track program is very popular for boys and girls K-6th. Youth will learn the basics of track through practice sessions held on Monday evenings.  Practices will include: conditioning, stretching, short sprints, long runs, relays, shuttle relays, long jump, and softball throw or shot put. These practices will lead up to a "mini track meet" on May 13th at Phillips Middle School Track.
