The entry fee for the Midwest National Youth Football Championships is $250.00 per registered team if paid in full before October 5, 2012. If paid after October 5, 2012 the entry fee will be $300.00. If paid after November 5, 2012 the entry fee will be $350.00. The tournament will include a minimum of two games per participating team, with the possibility of a third game to determine a true National Champion. All games will be played at several outstanding venues on synthetic grass fields Field Turf complete with lights, locker rooms and scoreboard.
