Brief Description

Coach Brian Derby and his group of Coaches from Hawaii and Local Oregon Colleges and High Schools return for their 6th action packed Camp. Rated as one of the top Offensive Lineman's Camp in the World. Coach Derby brings a Unique teaching style which covers all the basics and some advanced techniques for not only competing but excelling as an Offensive Linemen. Camps are no pads. Cleats and Shorts and T-Shirts. Camp T-shirts Provided in the cost.

Look to Upper right part of this webpage and Click Register Now to get started. NOTE: Choose C to Register Fast. You do not need to Join Active.com to Register for the Camp. Call Coach Dirk IMMEDIATELY if you have any issues whatsoever at 503-799-8383.

 

Does my fee cover the whole week?

Yes. One fee covers all week. Pay for one camp and come to the others as well. Subject to Availability. If you are ready to work we will work you!

 

What do I need to bring?

Water. Cleats. Food as needed. A great Attitude. Sun Screeen is often not a bad idea.

 

How much do I pay?

If you have been at a Derby Camp before you will pay $50 if you sign up before 7/10/2009. If You are a new camper we are giving you until 7/10/2009 to get the Early Bird rate of $65.00. After the 10th of July rates go to $85.00 which is our normal rate and a heck of a value!

How much hitting?

This is a Non Contact camp. You do not need your gear or pads. You will have plenty of hitting on pads and there is some light contact but there will be no full speed hitting.

   

Additional Information

Here is the schedule for 2009: Beaverton Camps are at Five Oaks Field Near Nike of of US 26 about 10 miles west of Portland. Session #1 is the Beaverton Youth Camp and begins right at 9AM and ends at 11 AM for Grades 2-8. Session #2 is the Beaverton High School Camp and Starts at 11:00 AM and ends at 1:00 PM for grades 9-college. Session #3 is an ALL AGES CAMP at David Douglas High School Field from 3:30 to 5:30 PM. Please check www.derbycamp.com for maps to fields under locations. Camp Fees include a Camp T-Shirt. We Provide Water but expect Campers to Bring what they need in regards to personal needs such as clothing,food,etc. There are three fee structures. Any camper returning to Derby camp from a previous year has until July 20th, 2009 to sign up and get a $50.00 special Camp rate. Any camper signing up early for any session can qualify for the $65 early bird rate as long as you sign up by July 20th, 2009. The fee you pay covers all 4 days of our camp! Campers are welcome to attend more than one session at no additional fee subject to availability. If you are coming to the Beaverton Camp for instance you are more than welcome to make the David Douglas Camp at no additional fee. Same applies to campers coming out to the David Douglas Camp.
