Dave Dunham, The Coach

Dave Dunham has won marathons, ultra marathons, mountain races, trail races, road races of every distance and more. He is also the distance coach for the NH based Gate City Striders, a Silver Medalist at the World Mountain Running Championships, Olympic Trials qualifier in the Marathon, and has been an elite runner in a wide variety of races — every distance and every surface. He made the USA International Mountain Running Team seven times, and is a current manager of the team. Dave has won 356 out of 1037 races entered.

Nancy Clark, MS, RD, CSSD

Sports nutritionist Nancy Clark counsels both competitive athletes and casual exercisers in her practice in Chestnut Hill, MA. She specializes in nutrition for exercise and wellness. More »
