She is the National Fitness Director for Stroller Strides holding certifications throughout the country and supporting hundreds of instructors nationwide. Farel specializes in pre/postnatal fitness education and helps moms all over the globe reach their goals.

Nancy Clark, MS, RD, CSSD

Sports nutritionist Nancy Clark counsels both competitive athletes and casual exercisers in her practice in Chestnut Hill, MA. She specializes in nutrition for exercise and wellness. More »
