*********PLEASE NOTE************** WHEN CHOOSING MORE THAN ONE CLASS TO ENTER, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHOOSE MULTIPLE CLASSES AT ONE TIME. YOU MUST PICK ONE CLASS, COMPLETE THE ENTIRE FORM AND THEN CLICK ON "REGISTER FOR ANOTHER CATEGORY." YOU MUST DO THIS FOR EACH CLASS ENTERED

REGISTRATION INSTURCTIONS CONT'D

If only entering one class, please choose from the Regular Categories, not from the "crossover" choice. When entering more than one class: One class must come from a Regular category (not crossover) and all additional classes entering should come from the "Crossover" options. Please note that all "Open" categories do not have a "Crossover" choice. If any competitor fails to due this, the remaining balance will be collected during registration April 6 or April 7, 2012. Bikini does not have a choice for crossovers, but YOU CAN choose both classes.

FEES

AMATEUR: $20.00 ENTRY FEE ON OR BEFORE APRIL 19, 2012, $40.00 AFTER APRIL 19, 2012. CROSSOVER FEES ARE $35.00 PER CLASS ENTERED. $15.00 ENTRY FEE FOR BIKINI DIVISION. PROS: $50.00 ENTRY FEE ON OR BEFORE APRIL 19, 2012, $100.00 AFTER APRIL 19, 2012.

CROSSOVER DEFINED

A crossover is entering more than one division. For example, someone may enter the Masters division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open Division and compete in it as well. Crossovers between Figure, into Bikini and/or Bodybuilding are not allowed.

ELIGIBILITY

Pro: Open to all pros from ANY organization. Amateur: Open to all natural athletes. You must obtain a NGA membership card….It may be purchased online at www.nationalgym.com or on the day of testing (cash only) for $45.00 (amateur) & $60.00 (Pro). All persons are required to take a seven year drug-free polygraph.

*MENS PRO BODYBUILDING *WOMANS PRO FIGURE *MEN’S BODYBUILDING: Teen, Juniors, Debut, Novice, Masters 40+ Pro-Qualifier, 50+, 60+, Open Pro-Qualifier *WOMEN’S BODYBUILDING: Novice, Masters 35+, Open Pro-Qualifier *FIGURE: Debut, Novice, Masters 35+, Open Pro-Qualifier *BIKINI: Debut, Open Pro-Qualifier *MENS FITNESS

DIVISION DETAILS

TEEN: Open only to those who are age 19 and under. JUNIOR: Open to those who are age 24 and under. DEBUT: Open to first time competitors only. NOVICE: Open only to those who have not placed first in any class besides Teen within any division in the same category. MASTERS: Open only to those falling into the stipulated age range (ex. 40+ is age forty and over). OPEN: Open to anyone regardless of age and level of experience.

POLYGRAPH

$40.00 Payable by CASH to polygraph examiner at the time of testing. Photo identification is required. It is the competitor’s responsibility to ensure they are polygraph tested for the event. If any competitors are not polygraph tested for the event they are ineligible for competition.

ROUTINES

MUSIC MUST BE ON CD ONLY!! THE CD MUST BE PRE-SET WITH A MAXIMUM LENGTH OF 90 SECONDS. PLEASE HAVE YOUR CD LABELED, PROPERLY FORMATTED AND FINALIZED! NO PROFANITY................... PROS have no time limit

CLASS SEPERATIONS

Class separations, by height or weight, will be determined the day of the event.
