What the heck is Urban FIT?
Urban FIT is both an aerobic and anaerobic workout. It is both cardio and strength training. It is outdoors using what nature and our city gives us. Its challenging and fun.
What does Urban FIT entail?
During Urban FIT workouts we will be running a little bit but also be working on core strength exercises, total body exercises and what ever else we can think of. Well incorporate stairs, hills, benches and who knows what else into the workout so we can do sit ups, hops, lunges, wall sits, etc. If we can think it up, we just might do it.
Event schedule and times
Mondays and Thursdays at 6PM*
- Mondays: August 6, 13, 20, 27, September 3*, 10
- Thursdays: August 9,16, 23, 30, September 6, 13
*September 3rd workout is at 9AM NOT 6PM at a special locale.
