Brief Description

Functional Fitness Competition open to 20 male and 20 female competitors. There will be 4 events total. 3 qualifying rounds, then top 4 male and top 4 female competitors duke it out in a 4th and final event. All competitors get t-shirt and goody-bag. 1st Prize for male and female competitors a HAMMERHEAD FITNESS CROSSFIT BARBELL AND 2 LBS OF ABOUT TIME PROTEIN POWDER. 2nd Prizes are gymnastics rings; 3rd prizes are gift certificates. Gung-ho award for sportsmanship.

Additional Information

ONE OF OUR FEMALE COMPETITORS HAS SUFFERED AN INJURY. WE HAVE OPENED UP ONE MORE SPOT FOR FEMALES. All Workouts Of the Day (WODs) will be announced 48 hours prior to the day of the competition. All prizes given on scene. Take them home with you same day! 100% of all proceeds go to WINGS, FLIGHTS OF HOPE.
