EAST TEXAS SUPERSTARS COMPETITORS MUST COMPLETE TEN (10) TOTAL EVENTS Complete 7 compulsory events & 3 out of 6 electives COMPULSORY EVENTS One Mile Run Push-ups Sit-ups Pull-ups (women use flexed-arm hang) 100 Meter Dash Weight Lift Obstacle Course ELECTIVE EVENTS (must complete your choice of three (3) out of the following six): Basketball (3-point) Golf (chip shot) Softball Throw Frisbee Golf Bicycle Road Race Jump Rope (maximum reps in two minutes)

Additional Information

There will be overall awards (cash & trophies), age-group awards, team awards and the following special awards: Top police officer, fire-fighter, military member, youngest competitor and oldest competitor. There will also be medals for the overall winner of each individual event!
