Brief Description

Strong Body, Strong Mind 5-K promotes exercise and healthy diet as essential elements to better mental health. Proceeds will help provide mental health services to individuals with the most severe needs and least amount of resources. Awards for the top winners are beautiful pieces pottery handmade by people who are in the process of their own mental health recovery. All participants will receive a handmade medallion at the finish line. Tshirt cutoff May 20. SHIRTS ARE ORDERED. THANKS TO ALL!!
