Pretend you are standing on the back two corners of an imaginary square. Take a big step forward with your right foot toward the right front corner of the square.Step 2
Next, step forward with your left foot to the left front corner and lower yourself into a squat.
As you rise out of the squat, reverse your steps so that you end up back where you started.
