2 Snow Workouts to Get Fit This Winter

With winter in full swing, your fitness routine has most likely moved indoors, especially if you live in an area that receives lots of snow.

Just because there is snow outside, doesn't mean you can't be.  Snow is a great fitness tool and is an opportunity to change your routine and test your body in some fun, new ways. 

If you are going to be in a snow-covered part of the country this year, take advantage of it. Some common exercise options include:
