Squat Jumps

Start with your feet hip-width apart. Lower down like you're sitting in a chair. Make sure your knees don't go over your ankles. Right when you reach the lowest point, push yourself off the floor with your legs as fast as you can. While in the air, keep your legs shoulder-width apart and land as softly as possible.

Once you land, go directly back into your squat and explode off the ground.
