3 Leg Exercises for Winter Sports

Plyometric Side to Side Hop Squats

Stand on one side of your mini hurdle (or square). Make sure your feet are a few inches apart and stand in a slight squat position. Now jump over the hurdle and land on the other side. When you land, make sure you use your legs as shock absorbers and then jump back to the other side.

Continue to jump from side to side, without stopping, for 60 reps. Do three sets.
