Brief Description
This is a 16 week training program( Monday, January 14 -Sunday, May 5) that will increase mileage between 7 and 20 miles and will train runners for Rock N River Marathon in Reno or any other spring marathon. This program includes a training schedule, presenters, a performance wear shirt, 2 group runs per week, kickoff party, and post event party. This is a supportive, social, and fun training program for all paces.
