Spectators are welcome but there will be a $5 entry fee.
PRO: it's heavier, more reps and requires more skill (there will not be MU)
Intermediate: they will be the same WODs but will be lighter, fewer reps and have a scaled versions for movements.
-parking: more info to be posted on facebook and our website closer to 1/26/13
-food/drinks: bring your own food and drinks. You will have some down time between WODs. Nutrition is key to sport performance.
-Bring Your Own: mobility gear, jump ropes, chairs, change of clothes.
-We will have sponsors at this event. So far: Your Total Fitness Shoppe, Rush Running, NWA Spine and Joint and (unofficially) 1st Phorm. I will keep you updated to any new sponsors.
