*Participants must be registered in Decorating Basics to attend this program.
Students will learn how to decorate cakes using a variety of methods including; butter cream, royal icing, and fondant. Young, inexperienced cooks as well as seasoned bakers will learn techniques to create captivating cakes. Additional supplies are needed for each class and the supply list is available from the instructor at dusek49@msn.com.
