Six Holistic Wellness Certificate Hours Wonderfully relaxing, warm stone massage therapy blends gentle massage strokes with heated stones to soothe tight muscles and de-stress the mind. Heated stones are placed in various positions on the body and used in strokes along muscles. This "hands-on" workshop will also include a working knowledge of the body's energy centers. Participants should wear a bathing suit for the practical session and bring their own sheets and a bath towel. Participants should bring their own crock pot to heat stones. A $10 materials fee is payable at the workshop.
