Pole walking is a great way to combine being outdoors with an ideal fitness activity for all ages. After taking our Pole Walking Workshop, sign up to participate in this weekly class to enjoy the summer season, be motivated to keep moving and refine your technique. Walking is one of the easiest ways to add exercise to your day, manage your wight, decrease your health risks and have fun. If you have a good pair of walking shoes, a water bottle and a pair of Poles, this class is for you! Each participant will be encouraged to walk at their own pace.
