Brief Description
The High Intensity Kettlebell Fitness course is appropriate for both beginner, as well as advanced lifters. Train hands-on with kettlebell master coach, Mike Stefano, and his team of professional instructors, as you learn kettlebell lifting in its purest form. Using 7 variables (unique to HIKF), course participants are taught how to design their own goal-specific kettlebell fitness programs, and granted legal permission to use over 30 proven, copyrighted protocols.
