Description

Designed to tone muscles, build strength, and increase bone density. Especially important for seniors to help keep fit and active.  Low impact exercises.

Open to Plainsboro residents. Limited space for non-resident members of the Plainsboro Senior Citizen Club for $25.00.

Participants are only eligible to register for one of the Senior Strength Training classes, see also the 11:45 am to 12:45 pm class listing.

Participants should bring the following: mat, exercise band with handle, small rubber ball, and water bottle.

Registering ineligible participants will result in removal from program and no refund.
