This fun and exciting program offers a different workout each class! Work at your own pace to challenge your cardiovascular endurance, strength and balance and improve your body composition. Our motivational instructor will lead classes at a new location each week that will help you achieve your personal best. All ages and fitness levels welcome! *Classes will be held inside if necessary, all other classes will be outside.
