Self Discipline, self-defense, weight control, posture improvement, self-confidence, coordination, muscle toning, physical and mental state are all enhanced through this martial art. Beginners and Advanced may test for a higher belt at the end of each session for an additional fee. Potential participants are invited to observe and talk with instructors.
