Pilates: offers an unrivalled workout in terms of Core, strength, its breadth, and depth of content. As an experienced instructor we will work together to cover more than 100 exercises. The focus will include relaxation, co-ordination, alignment, stamina, concentration, centering, and flowing movements, many unique to Body Control Pilates. Importantly, you will be assessed on progression so together we can adapt exercises appropriate for you and your level. I have a comprehensive knowledge and training to plan enjoyable and stimulating classes for a wide variety of clients in turn which provides you with a sound foundation, both for this course and for your future in Body Control Pilates.
