(Ages 14+) This dynamic combination class produces an incredibly effective workout through step intervals, kickboxing, and strength intervals with an abs/stretch finish! Burn calories and fat using cardiovascular exercises combined with drills, kickboxing moves, step, and body toning intervals. Some intervals will focus on the upper body and abdominals using extra resistance. You will be sweating, smiling, and coming back for more!
