(Ages 14+) Experience with Pilates required! This class will kick you into shape with total body conditioning, reviewing Pilates Basics exercises at a faster pace, and adding some exercises from the Intermediate set. Props will intensify your workout as you continue to build greater strength, fitness, and flexibility.
