Brief Description
The Nantucket Beach Fitness Camp is a unique exercise camp led by renowned exercise physiologist, author and elite endurance athlete Tom Holland. Held on picturesque Jetties Beach, participants are led through a fun yet challenging hour of cardiovascular drills, strength exercises, plyometric and agility stations, team events and more. From the beginner exerciser to advanced athlete, Tom will provide a workout tailored to your personal fitness level. Come for a day, a week or both weeks!
